Our Concept

IN QUAINT WEST CORNWALL, our "special concept" restaurant is not unlike a dinner party at a friend’s house. Guests expected to arrive promptly, bring a bottle of a wine, and take their seats for a unique dining experience..

 

Rather than being shown a menu, guests at RSVP are served a carefully selected and prepared five-course experience that typically includes a soup and a poultry course, followed by fish or seafood, a meat dish and, finally, dessert.

 

In an intimate setting, guests can see it all as Chef Guy Birster executes as a “one-man band” from within his open kitchen.

NOTE: Food allergies must be indicated in advance. RSVP is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Alcohol is BYOB only. There is no corkage fee.
